L&B has offered discretionary open-end and closed-end funds to investors since the 1980s. We currently manage several private equity commingled funds, including these listed below.  Informatin regarding other L&B managed funds is available by request. 

L&B Medical Properties Partners, L.P.

L&B Medical Properties Partners, L.P. is a closed-end fund investing in medical property types, including medical office buildings, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers. These investments are primarily development and redevelopment projects and are expected to generate opportunistic returns. The fund closed in July 2007 and is no longer open to new investors.

L&B Diversified Strategy Partners, L.P.

L&B Diversified Strategy Partners, L.P. is a broadly diversified, closed-end fund investing in multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties in high-growth domestic markets. These investments comprise several strategies, including development, redevelopment, repositioning, re-tenanting, and capital restructuring. The fund is expected to generate value-added returns. The fund closed in December 2008 and is no longer open to new investors.
