Burhan “Burnie” Yagmur is responsible for coordination of the architectural/engineering design projects, construction documentation, competitive bidding, scheduling and construction oversight of all development and capital improvement projects throughout L&B's portfolio.
 
In addition, Mr. Yagmur is responsible for annual and capital project budgeting, as well as the inspection, evaluation and underwriting support of targeted property acquisitions.
 
During Mr. Yagmur’s 30 plus years of U.S. and international experience, he has been involved in all aspects of construction and development projects including architecture and engineering design, inspection/oversight, property assessments, progress reporting, competitive bidding and negotiations.
 
Prior to joining L&B in 2000, Mr. Yagmur was construction manager for Pond, Robinson & Associates.  
 
Mr. Yagmur earned his BA in Architecture from Aegean University, Faculty of Architecture and Engineering.
