William L. Fulton

William L. Fulton joined L&B Realty Advisors in 1997 and manages multifamily assets and associated partnerships.  His responsibilities include planning investment strategies for apartment assets and review of apartment acquisition underwriting.   Mr. Fulton has managed over 45 properties with a total value of over $1 billion.

In addition to asset management, Mr. Fulton is assistant portfolio manager for one of L&B’s state pension fund clients.

Mr. Fulton began his career as a Real Estate Broker for Residential Development.  In 1986, he became Asset Manager at Independent American Real Estate, Inc.   Later he became Vice President, Loan Officer of Bluebonnet Savings Bank. Before joining L&B in 1997, he was Vice President, Portfolio Manager at Basic Capital Management.
 
He is a licensed Texas real estate broker, a member of the Texas Apartment Association and a Certified Commercial Investment Manager.
 
Mr. Fulton received his BBA degree in 1973 from Southern Methodist University.
