James W. Horton is responsible for four industrial properties and two office buildings totaling 4.7 million square feet.
 
Mr. Horton began his real estate career in 1986 as an asset manager for the FPL Group.  Beginning in 1994, Mr. Horton worked for the Florida State Board of Administration as the senior real estate portfolio manager.  Before joining L&B in 2003, Mr. Horton served as director of development for the Parrish Group.
 
Mr. Horton earned his BS degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee and his AA degree from Seminole Junior College.  Mr. Horton is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida.
