Mark P. Faraldo manages a portfolio that exceeds $1 billion on behalf of a non-discretionary client.  His responsibilities include oversight of the acquisition, disposition, financing, asset management and construction management functions to ensure compliance with client guidelines and investment plans.  In addition, he guides the client team as it applies research to manage risk and identify new investment opportunities for the client.

Mr. Faraldo is a member of L&B Management Committee.
 
Prior to joining L&B in 1988, Mr. Faraldo was Vice President of RepublicBank of Dallas, where he handled Planning and Product Development for the Real Estate Banking Group, Senior Analyst at Aetna Life & Casualty, and Assistant Vice President at Maryland National Bank.
 
Mr. Faraldo earned his BS/BA from Bucknell University in 1976 where he graduated with a degree in accounting.
